These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the JV deal-submission services provided by Mr House LLC ("Mr House", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request services, provide your phone number, or opt in to receive SMS messages from Mr House LLC. By using the site or submitting your information, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

The service

Mr House reviews real-estate deals submitted by partners and, where there is a fit, partners on a joint-venture basis to move the deal. Submitting a deal does not create an obligation for Mr House to accept, purchase, or pursue it, and does not create an agency or partnership relationship until separately agreed in writing.

SMS communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring service-related SMS messages from Mr House LLC, including deal status updates, reminders, and follow-ups. SMS consent is not a condition of submitting your deal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only deals you are authorized to submit, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr House LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
